The Catalan promoter La Llave de Oro continues to leave its comfort zone and bet on Madrid. The company positions itself strongly in the new exclusive neighborhood of Alcorcón, Retamar de la Huerta, with the purchase of a portfolio of land that until now was in the hands of Aedas Homes.
With this operation the company becomes the Chinese Student Phone Number List second largest owner in the area, only behind Culmia, where some 3,500 homes are going to be built. Specifically, the land that has been acquired from Aedas has capacity for 380 units, of which around 90 will be single-family homes. In total, the land has a buildable area of 41,650 m2, all of them for free housing. The rest of the land is in the hands of other important developers such as Habitat, Kronos or Realia.
Retamar de la Huerta has approximately 1,140 million m2 of area , being the largest residential urban development project in Alcorcón. The development is destined to become the new focus of premium housing, responding to the lack of land that exists for this type of single-family homes, simulating Madrid municipalities such as Boadilla or Majadahonda.

The urbanization phase of Retamar de la Huerta could start, if the planned deadlines are met, during the second half of this year, so the first constructions are expected to start in 2026 and the keys to the first homes will be handed over in 2028.
This acquisition represents another step in La Llave de Oro's plans to diversify its project portfolio in Madrid , where it landed in mid-2021.
Last year he also entered Los Ahijones, where he consolidated his position in 2022 with another operation that made him the second largest owner in this area southeast of Madrid.
For Aedas Homes, the sale of the land in Retamar de la Huerta responds to its strategy of rotating non-strategic or poorly consolidated assets.
