The discussion on basic citizen income has been on the table of economic and political debates for several decades. It has been called different things but in summary it is a system of economic support for all citizens or residents of a country so that they receive a certain sum of money without conditions and it is basically designed to support the weakest sectors of society. who for one reason or another need the help of others to be able to feed themselves and lead an acceptable life.
Ramón Maynou Ferreres is a writer born in Arenys de Mar province of Barcelona who spent his early childhood years in the Swiss city of Lausanne where his parents emigrated. Later he studied telecommunications engineering and now that he is retired he has set himself the goal of writing a book about basic income.
With that central idea in mind he has proposed to send his book to CXB Directory the deputies that all Spanish citizens are going to elect to represent us in the Congress of Deputies.
To do this he has launched a crowdfounding campaign on the Zasbook platform and explains it in his own words as follows:

"Have you ever thought that the laws that govern your life are decided by only deputies? And can you imagine that these people agreed and approved a law to end precariousness and poverty in Spain? Well this book is addressed to these people with a proposed law for the implementation of the Unconditional Citizen Basic Income so that they can improve and approve it."
He explains that he wrote this book “because since I was little I have always liked to fix things electronic equipment etc. One day I considered dedicating my ability as an engineer to fix the world." "But I realized that people who have ideas for this are generally not accepted... I will leave this topic for some psychologist to write another book. I participated in the popular legislative initiatives on Basic Income of the European Union and Spain "
"In addition I closely followed the Swiss initiative for Basic Income. I verified that these and other popular legislative initiatives that were presented to the Spanish parliament were of little use and I said to myself... "why don't I write a book including a bill and I send it to the deputies?” "And then I decided to “cross the Rubicon” and started writing this book my first book."
To do this it requests the support of people who consider the objective that has been set worthwhile. He argues it in the following way.
